Information about the release of the Merger Plan (art. 500 §2 and §21 CCC)
The Management Board of Smart Platinium sp. z o.o., having its registered office in Wrocław, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000848119 (the „Company”), hereby announces, by making it available to the public, that on 17 February 2026 the Merger Plan of the Company and Well Fitness sp. z o.o., having its registered office in Wrocław, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000388795, was agreed, adopted and signed. Therefore, in accordance with the contents of Article 500 §2 and §2 of the1 of the Code of Commercial Partnerships and Companies, the Management Board makes the adopted Plan of Merger available to the public, free of charge, via this website, indicating at the same time that it will be available continuously until the date of completion of the Shareholders' Meeting adopting a resolution on the merger of the above-mentioned companies.
