Sauna Park Platinium Regulations

(effective 11 February 2026)

§ 1 Glossary:

The terms (whether lowercase or uppercase) used in these regulations shall mean:

1.Saunarium - SaunaPark Platinium facility located at ul. Władysława Reymonta 22 in Krakow (30-059 Krakow).

2. Tie - an electronic wrist strap for opening the entrance gate and counting the time of the customer's stay in the
Saunarium, opening and closing lockers in the cloakroom, charging the relevant amounts resulting from purchases made by the customer in the
Saunarium (e.g. in the catering area) and recording information on towel rental and return, as well as allowing exit
from the Saunarium after it has been placed in the Wristband Return Unit (once the Customer has settled).

3. customer - a person using SaunaPark services on the basis of Time Entry, OPEN Entry, other services available in the SaunaPark offer
Platinium, a partner programme accepted by the Owner, a voucher etc. entitling to use the services of the Saunarium, or a person using the services of the Saunarium on the basis of promotional actions organised by the Owner. A customer can only be a person of legal age, i.e. a person over 18 years of age

4 Agreement - The contract for the use of the Saunarium services under the terms of these Regulations and in accordance with the purchased
type of service.

5. time input - an entitlement to use the Saunarium services (to the extent of the purchased service) once on the day of purchase of this
Time entry (in case of purchase in the Saunaarium) or on the day selected during purchase via the Customer Portal
(within 30 days of purchase, including the day of purchase) for a period of time depending on the type of purchase.

6 OPEN input - an entitlement to use the Saunarium services (to the extent of the purchased service) once on the day of purchase of this

7. Package of 10 OPEN entrances - a service entitling the Customer to use 10 (in words: ten) OPEN Entrances, but no later than in
within a period of 93 days from the date of purchase, including the day of purchase. After the expiry of the period referred to in the previous sentence,
unused entrances are forfeited. The 10-entry OPEN package is personal (the customer's first and last name is a condition of purchase).

9 Saunarium staff - manager/manager, reception staff, lifeguards, saunamasters.

10th Sessions - sauna ceremonies/rituals conducted by the sauna master(s) in groups limited as to the number of participants (the order of arrival of participants is decisive), conducted in accordance with a pre-arranged schedule;

11. Website - the website at: www.saunaparkplatinium.co.uk

12 Customer Portal - A service enabling the purchase of Time Entry, OPEN Entry or other services as well as the creation of a Customer Account. Access
The Customer Portal can be accessed by using hardware such as a computer, tablet or telephone via the Website.

13. Customer Account - the set of resources and rights assigned to a specific Customer on the Customer Portal, accessible after logging in.

14. billing device - a data communication device with the software used, enabling the goods to be accounted for
or services purchased after entering the Sanctuary area through the entrance gate, for the exceeded time of use of the services (amounts
resulting from the purchases made by the customer and from the exceeded time of use are assigned to the Wristband) and
other fees resulting from the Contract concluded by the Customer. Payment in cash is only possible at the reception of the Saunarium.

15. identity document -a valid document from which the identity and age of the customer can be ascertained, including the first and last name
and a photograph, issued by a public authority (in particular an identity card, passport). Identity documents do not include
business identifiers. ID cards are also understood to include the display of a screen on the customer's mobile device containing
personal data of that customer displayed via the mCitizen application.

16 Textile-free zone - each of the areas where the customer is allowed to stay without any clothes, swimsuit or other
coverings than a towel, pareo or dressing gown (only towels, pareos and dressing gowns are acceptable).

17 Regulations for electronic services and online sales - Terms and conditions for the provision of electronic services and sales
online via SaunaPark Platinium.

§ 2 Scope of services

1.Saunarium provides services of access to saunas, swimming pool, jacuzzi, catering area (prices of food and drinks are indicated in the pricelist
located in the catering area), the opportunity to use the Séances, and may also provide additional services. Information on

2. the SaunaPark Platinium offer is also available in the Saunarium and is presented orally at the request of the customer by staff

(3) The Customer shall be entitled to use the services of the Saunarium on the basis of the concluded Agreement to the extent resulting from the purchased service(s),
including Time Entry, OPEN Entry, 10 OPEN Entry package, other services available in the offer of SaunaPark Platinium or on the basis of a partner programme accepted by the Owner (to the extent resulting from the agreement between the Saunaarium Owner and the owner of the partner programme). The customer has the right to use the Saunarium services also on the basis of a voucher held or on the basis of promotional actions organised by the Owner.

The Saunarium may conduct promotional activities, including those directed to a specific group, e.g. clients of the Owner or clients of the Owner's affiliated entities, the terms and conditions of which are each time determined by announcements placed in the Saunarium or on the Website.

5. in the Saunarium there are certain areas designated by the Owner which are an integral part of the Saunarium, use of the

8. the owner, due to the quality of the services provided, reserves the right to impose a limit on the services sold, to conduct
the sale or online sale of certain services only during certain hours (of which it will post information on the
Website or in the Saunarium) and to block further sales or online sales, as well as the total or partial
restrict the use of the Saunarium where this is necessary for reasons of safety, order or
to comply with applicable laws, decisions or directives of administrative authorities.

(9) The saunarium is closed on public holidays, although the Proprietor may decide to
opening of the Saunarium on some of these days. The Saunarium may be closed on other holidays which are not public holidays
of which the Proprietor will announce on the Website or on the official SaunaPark Platinium profile on Facebook. Period

11. in the event that the Saunarium is scheduled to be closed, customers will be informed of this fact by posting a suitable
information in the Saunarium in a place accessible to the public and on the Website. In the event of unscheduled closure

§ 3 Customers

(1) The services of the Saunarium may only be used by a person of full legal capacity who does not have
contraindications to the use of sauna services.

2 Entry to the Saunarium (including the area in front of the entrance gate) by persons under the age of 18 is prohibited. Staff

provided by law to ensure that the minor is properly cared for.

3. the Saunaarium staff has the right to verify the data and age of the customer on the basis of the presentation of a document with a photograph confirming the

the right to refuse access to the Saunarium area or to order you to leave it.

4. The Saunarium will only accept partner cards or programmes if the Saunarium cooperates with the following providers

cards/using the aforementioned affiliate programmes are obliged to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

5 The owner informs that there are the following contraindications to the use of the Saunarium:
5.1. unstable coronary artery disease, circulatory insufficiency, atherosclerosis, diseases of the venous system such as varicose veins, thrombosis, embolism, phlebitis;
5.2. cerebral circulation disorders
5.3. unstable coronary artery disease;
5.4. cerebral circulation disorders;
5.5. coagulation disorders;
5.6 infectious and communicable diseases;
5.7. febrile conditions;
5.8. HIV infection;
5.9. hyperthyroidism, myxedema, adrenal insufficiency;
5.10. unstabilised diabetes;
5.11. glaucoma;
5.12. certain mental illnesses (e.g. schizophrenia);
5.13. cancer up to 5 years after cure;
5.14. certain diseases of the nervous system (e.g. epilepsy);
5.15. skin diseases and eczema;
5.16. infarct/post-infarct conditions;
5.17. post-stroke condition (up to 3 months after stroke);
5.18. period of pregnancy or menstruation;
5.19. use of patch medicines;
5.20. fresh wounds, burns;
5.21. active gastric and duodenal ulcer disease;
5.22. kidney disease;
5.23. lung diseases;
5.24. exacerbation of joint inflammation;
5.25. intoxicated state;
5.26. Alcoholism and alcohol abuse;
5.27. severe anaemia.

6. Customers who may have other contraindications to the use of the saunarium or individual zones or saunas should consult the
consult a doctor before using the saunarium services and use the saunarium with particular care, following the recommendations of the
doctor and current state of health.

7. the sauna should not be used immediately after a workout, in particular not after so-called cardio. If the client has implants or surgical implants, such as endoprostheses, metal plates, etc., the sauna should not be used immediately after a workout. The customer should consult a doctor before using the sauna.

8 Furthermore, the Proprietor informs that in the event of any doubts regarding the possibility of using the Saunarium in connection with the

§ 4 Terms and conditions of using the saunarium services

(1) The services of the Saunarium shall be used in accordance with the rules set out in these Regulations, within the scope of the Agreement, on the basis of the
an affiliate programme accepted by the Owner (to the extent provided for in the agreement between the Sauna Owner and the
the owner of the affiliate programme) as well as on the basis of and within the scope of the terms and conditions of promotional or competition actions
organised by the Owner.

2. Entry to the Saunarium is only possible after successful verification by Saunarium staff.

3. in the event that the customer purchases the 10-entry OPEN package, the customer will receive a paper ticket (containing a barcode or code
QR). From the moment the ticket is collected by the Customer, the Customer is solely responsible for the consequences of its loss, destruction or damage, including
for the effect of revealing his/her personal data on the ticket. The purchase of a 10-entry OPEN package is conditional on
giving your name.

4. Entrance to the Saunarium takes place by passing through a gate after putting the Wristband to the reader.

(5) Before leaving the Saunarium, the customer is obliged to pay a fee for the exceeded time of use (resulting from the
purchased by him/her) in accordance with the price list of SaunaPark Platinium, payment of the bill for purchases made in the Saunarium, other
charges under his/her Contract and the return of the hired towel. In the event that the wristband is returned after
closing time of the Saunaarium, the customer shall furthermore be obliged to pay a fee for this (i.e. for the return after closing time
SaunaPark Platinium) in the amount specified in the price list of SaunaPark Platinium (irrespective of a possible fee for exceeding the time of use
of services). Exit from the Saunarium is made by passing through the gate after placing the Wristband in the Wristband Return Device (after
prior settlement by the Customer using the Settlement Device or in the case of cash payment at the reception). Device
for the return of the Wristbands will not accept the Wristbands if the Customer has not paid the price for the exceeded time of use (i.e. exceeded time
resulting from the service he or she purchased), failed to pay the bill for purchases made in the Saunarium or other charges resulting from the

6 If you leave the Saunarium, re-entry to the Saunarium is not possible with the same Time Entry,
OPEN Entrance or an additional service. In the case of a Package of 10 OPEN Entrances, re-entry to the sauna area shall result in the use of

7 The opening hours of the Saunarium are stated on the Website and are available in the Saunarium. Customers are required to leave the area
pools and saunas at least 15 (fifteen) minutes before the closing time of the sauna.

8. the individual saunas, rooms, areas and infrastructure of the saunarium should be used by the customer in accordance with their intended use, with
taking into account the rules set out in these Rules as well as those deriving from the relevant instructions and regulations

9 The customer is obliged to use the services of the Saunarium only with regard to his/her capacity and state of health.

10. Any faults and damage should be reported immediately to the Saunarium Staff. It is prohibited to use the sauna or any other
equipment/facility that has malfunctioned or been damaged.

11. In the event of a deterioration of well-being or an injury during the use of the sauna services, the customer is obliged to immediately report to the

12. Customers may use the services of the Saunarium upon payment in advance of the fee for a Time Entry, OPEN Entry, 10 OPEN Entry Package or other
service from the current Saunarium offer. Customers are required to carry a photo ID with them each time they

17. Smoking or e-cigarettes, possession or use of drugs is strictly forbidden in the sauna rooms.

food or alcoholic beverages.

18 It is strictly forbidden for Customers to record images or sound in the Sauna area. In the event of violation by the Customer
of this provision, the Proprietor shall be entitled to impose a penalty on the Customer in the amount specified in the SaunaPark price list
Platinium.

19 It is forbidden to bring pets into the sauna area.

20. The production and use of advertising material and photographs of the facility by third parties is prohibited. Without permission
The owner of the Saunarium may not carry out any marketing and advertising activities in the Saunarium.

21. It is forbidden to bring mobile phones, cameras into the Saunarium area (excluding the reception and changing rooms),
cameras, other video recording devices and other electrical equipment, and the use of such equipment on the premises
Saunarium. Only when moving directly between the entrance door/reception and the cloakroom may the customer carry a
themselves the aforementioned equipment.

Bringing your own food and alcoholic beverages into the sauna area is prohibited.

23. the sharing of the Wristband with third parties and the exchange of Wristbands by customers is prohibited.

24. in the Saunarium, no activities or behaviour of a sexual nature or contrary to the rules of the
social interaction.

25. Customers are obliged to maintain peace and order in the Saunarium area and to allow other customers to freely
use of the Saunarium services.

26. out of concern for the safety of all persons in the sauna area, violators of the rules of order or the
the provisions of these regulations or the rules of the relevant area, including persons who are in the Saunarium area wearing clothing or footwear
inappropriate, persons under the influence of alcohol, intoxication or drugs, persons behaving aggressively,
engaging in sexually explicit or abusive behaviour, persons having or
using dangerous tools or bringing in bulky items or vehicles (in particular
bicycles, scooters) will be asked to leave the Saunarium.

§ 5 Rules for the use of specific zones

1 The saunarium offers steam saunas as well as dry saunas.

(2) In the dry saunas, the customer is obliged to sit/lie on a towel so that no part of his/her body touches the sauna boards.

3. The steam saunas must be used without a towel.

4 Sex-free areas are those marked with the appropriate pictograms.

5. Rinse your body in the shower before entering the sauna, pool or jacuzzi.

Eating and carrying food and drinks (including those purchased in the catering area) in the saunas, swimming pools is prohibited.

7. it is forbidden to adjust the temperature by oneself or in any other way to interfere with the settings of electrical appliances, heating devices
or installations/systems located within the Saunarium.

8. outside of the non-textile areas, customers should wear appropriate clothing (e.g. bathing suit, towel, dressing gown or
pareo).

9. it is forbidden for customers to pour stones and heating elements in the saunas, to place objects on them and to
bringing ice into the saunas. It is forbidden to use oils, incense or other means in the sauna area.
fragrances/flammable substances. If any of the following are placed on stones or heating elements in saunas
object, ice or pouring on them, the Proprietor shall be entitled to impose a penalty on the Customer in the amount specified in the SaunaPark price list
Platinium.

10. No personal items may be brought into the saunas. Before entering the saunas, you must remove your jewellery and any other
metal objects.

The use of cosmetics, e.g. body scrubs, facial masks, etc., in the saunas, swimming pools and jacuzzi, other than the following is prohibited

12. The saunas should be used without glasses and without lenses. The use of swimming goggles is prohibited in the sauna area.

14. there is a VIP area in the Saunarium which is only accessible on the basis of an appropriate Agreement, which includes access to

Saunarium is already occupied by a customer who is entitled to use the VIP area or when the VIP area is on a given date
booked.

§ 6 Rules for the use of changing rooms

1. the customer is obliged to leave his/her belongings in the designated room of the cloakroom in a locker locked by the

5 The Saunarium is not responsible for items left by the Client outside the locker in the changing room or in the other Saunarium areas.

(6) After using the sauna services on a given day, the customer is obliged to empty his/her locker of all his/her belongings,

§ 7 Price list and method of payment

The price list for the services provided in the Saunarium (SaunaPark Platinium price list) is available at the Saunarium reception desk and on the Website.

(2) The customer is obliged to pay for the purchased service in advance. The customer is obliged to pay before leaving the saunaarium
the bill for purchases made after entering the Sanctuary through the entrance gate, for exceeded time of use of services
Saunarium, as well as charges for the loss or destruction of the Wristband (by means of the Billing Device or in the case of payment in cash - the

(3) The fees set out in the Regulations shall be paid in the designated forms of payment accepted by the Owner.

4 The purchase of services offered by the Saunarium shall be made at the Saunarium reception or via the Customer Portal, subject to,

5. the owner reserves the right to refuse to conclude a contract if he has a reasonable belief that the possibility of
a threat to the safety of the Clients or the order in the Saunarium or the possibility of damaging the Owner's interest.

(6) The fact that the Wristband has been lost, destroyed or damaged shall be reported immediately to the Saunarium Staff. Loss, destruction or

7. each Wristband is assigned a monetary limit (in the amount as indicated on the Website and in the

subsequent purchases, it is necessary to pay the bill in advance at the Billing Machine or, in the case of cash payment at the
Saunarium reception. After paying the bill, the same monetary limit applies as immediately after collecting the wristband (purchase amounts
are counted anew). Overage charges are billed and allocated to the Wristband regardless of the limit (not
reduce or increase the available limit referred to in this paragraph).

8. the act of losing, damaging or destroying a borrowed towel shall be reported immediately to the Saunarium Staff. Loss,
Destruction or damage to the towel will incur a non-refundable fee in accordance with the current
SaunaPark Platinium price list.

§ 8 Liability for damage

1. The Saunarium shall be liable to customers for personal injury and damage to property resulting from the improper performance or non-performance of the Agreement by the Saunarium and for damage resulting from culpable unlawful acts or omissions of the Saunarium.

(2) Claims for damages may be submitted by the customer using the contact form available on the Site.

(3) The customer is obliged to compensate for damage caused to the property of the Saunarium or the property of another customer and for damage to the person
caused by his/her own culpable act or omission.

§ 9 Amendment of the Rules of Procedure

1 These Regulations may be amended for valid reasons, which include:
(a) the introduction of new or amended legislation affecting
the rules for offering and performing the services to which the provisions of the Terms and Conditions apply;
(b) the issuance of judicial decisions, decisions by administrative authorities, decisions, guidelines, orders, recommendations, interpretations or recommendations
authorised bodies, including the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection, as well as their amendments;
(c) extension of the offer of the Saunarium Owner, introduction of a new type of service, changes in the operation of the Saunarium
or services offered by the Saunarium, including the withdrawal from the offer of services to which the provisions of the Terms and Conditions apply;
(d) changes to the information systems, technical or technological solutions used by the Saunarium, to which
the provisions of the Rules of Procedure shall apply;
(e) changes to the Sauna Owner's details;
(f) changes to existing terms or conditions of service introduced with a view to improving quality or safety
services provided;
(g) amendments of an editorial and organisational nature.

(2) The Proprietor shall inform the Customer of amendments to the Regulations by posting appropriate information on the Website and in the

§ 10 Protection of personal data

For details regarding the processing of personal data and the rights of customers in this respect, please refer to the clause

§ 11 Final provisions

3. Any comments and complaints about the services provided and other complaints and requests may be submitted by the customers through the

(4) A complaint, grievance or application should include your name, a description of the matter and your correspondence address or e-mail address to
which the Proprietor shall respond, on pain of not being able to respond to the complaint, claim or
conclusion.

(5) Replies to complaints, complaints and applications will be given in writing to the address for correspondence indicated in the complaint, complaint or application or electronically to the e-mail address indicated within 14 days of receipt of the complaint, complaint or application. 11. The customer, who is a consumer, has the right to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason in the case of a purchase on the
distance - within fourteen days from the date of purchase, subject to paragraph 12 below.

than for residential purposes, transport of goods, car rental, catering, leisure services, events
