| Pack of 10 OPEN DAY entries Exclusively in stationary sales | PLN 750 BUY TICKET | - OPEN DAY 10-entry package. - Use the saunas, pools, jacuzzi and relaxation areas from the moment you enter until the close of the facility, on the days of your choice that fall within the validity period of the package. - The package is valid for 93 days from the date of purchase (including the day of purchase). - After leaving the sauna area, re-entry to the sauna area results in the use of the next entry available within the package. After 10 entrances have been used, re-entry on the basis of the 10-entry OPEN DAY package is not possible. - The package (within the OPEN DAY Entrances available as part of the package) can only be used by other persons if the package owner uses one of the OPEN DAY Entrances within this package at the same time as these persons. - Each entry recorded reduces the pool of remaining entries to be used as part of the entry package (e.g. if a package owner and 9 people enter the sauna at the same time - the package will be used in full). |

Time inputs and OPEN DAY entry can be purchased online or at the sauna house reception desk.
Package of 10 entries and VIP sauna service can only be purchased stationary at the saunarium reception.

- There are 4 types of vouchers on offer
- Entry voucher 1-hour inclusive 60 zł
- Entry voucher 2 hours inclusive 80 zł
- Entry voucher 3 hours inclusive 90 zł
- Entry voucher OPEN DAY inclusive PLN 100
- Each voucher valid for 93 days from date of purchase.
- Vouchers can only be purchased stationary at reception. They are available in paper form and each has an individual code.
- To redeem the voucher, simply bring it to the saunaarium reception desk.

| Towel hire | 20 zł | The fee for not returning a towel is PLN 150 |
| Charge for a lost wristband | 80 zł + the amount of purchases made and a fee for any overruns | If the customer is unable to prove the value of their purchases, the charge for a lost wristband is PLN 500. |
