How to prepare?

Take a towel with you to cover the body and second towel to be placed under the feet when using the sauna.

Leave all other items in the cupboard.

Do not take your phone, jewellery, watch or handbags into the sauna area.

The use of a telephone in the sauna and pool area is prohibited.

Do not contribute your own drinks or food into the sauna area.

Take a shower before entering the sauna, swimming pool or whirlpool.

During the session

What to bear in mind during?

You may only enter the sauna wearing a towel. Sit so that no part of your body touches the wood. Place a second towel under your feet.

Do not use any oils or fragrances. Applying cosmetics or performing beauty treatments during a sauna session is prohibited.

Keep quiet, The sauna is a place of relaxation.

Remember not to spend too much time inside the sauna. Take breaks during which you cool down your body.

You can only use the emergency button in justified cases.

Do not touch the cookers or pour water on the stones - This can only be done by staff.

If you feel weak, stop the session!

After the session

What to do after a sauna session?

Immediately after leaving the sauna, rinse your body thoroughly with water to refresh it.

Then cool the body in the designated pool or chill-out area.

You can also go out to terrace or relax on the sun loungers.

Remember that a rest should last at least as long as a sauna session.

SaunaPark Platinium is located in the building of the Wisła Kraków Sports Association. The main entrance to the building is from the 22 Reymonta Street.

You will find the entrance to the saunarium on the ground floor of the building, on the right-hand side.

Access by public transport:

  • Tram No. 20 and No. 1 in the direction of Cichy Kącik. Get off at the stop Cichy Kącik, followed by a 9-minute walk.
  • By bus 139, 159, 164, 173, 199, 501, 511. Get off at the stop AGH Student Village, followed by a 9-minute walk.

The facility is in a sex-free zone, which means that saunas can be used naked or in a towel / pareo (bathing suits, swimming trunks and flip-flops are not permitted). While in the sauna, care must be taken that no naked part of the body touches the sauna boards, therefore it is essential to bring a towel with you on which to sit.

The pools and jacuzzi can be used with or without swimwear/swimwear. Move between saunas covered with a towel, hammam sling or pareo.

Bring a towel or pareo to cover your body, a second towel to put under your feet during the sauna session. Optionally, you may also bring flip-flops. If you forget a towel, you can buy or hire one in the sauna room. You can also buy water and other drinks and snacks at SaunaPark Platinium.

Yes, SaunaPark Platinium has men's and women's changing rooms equipped with lockers where you can store all your personal belongings.

When you arrive at the saunarium, report to the reception desk to purchase an entrance pass stationary or show the staff the entrance purchased online.

Then pick up your wristband, which will allow you to control your time in the sauna and register your purchases at the bar.

Scan your wristband on the reader in front of the gate to enter the changing rooms.

The wristband is also used to lock and open your locker. To do this, simply apply the wristband to the reader on the locker.

At the end of your visit, use the kiosk located in the cloakroom to settle your stay and purchases at the bar. You can pay for your stay or purchases at the bar by card or by blister on the payment terminal located in the kiosk.

Once your wristband has been accounted for, drop it into the special device located at the gates.

Remember not to leave your wristband anywhere other than where it is intended, or to give your wristband to another person. The loss of a wristband incurs an additional charge, as mentioned in the price list.

Yes, you can use the pools, jacuzzi, saunas and relaxation areas within your chosen ticket type. The VIP sauna is a sauna for individual hire covered by a separate price list.

  • infectious and contagious diseases

  • hyperthyroidism, myxedema, adrenal insufficiency
  • unstable diabetes
  • glaucoma
  • certain mental illnesses (e.g. schizophrenia)
  • cancer up to 5 years after cure
  • certain diseases of the nervous system (e.g. epilepsy)
  • skin diseases and eczema
  • infarct/emergency conditions
  • post-stroke (up to 3 months after the stroke)
  • period of pregnancy or menstruation

The sauna should not be used immediately after a workout, especially after so-called cardio. If you have implants or surgical implants, such as endoprostheses, metal plates, etc., consult your doctor before using the sauna.

Yes, the SaunaPark Platinium can only be used by people over the age of 18.

Yes, customers of the saunarium can use the car park located next to the building, behind the barrier (right next to the Fitness Platinium Reymonta club). The first two hours of parking are free. To use the free parking, scan your parking ticket in the validator located at reception. Subsequent hours of parking are charged according to the price list.

The depth of the whirlpool is 1.2 m. The water temperature in this pool is 29 deg C. The water temperature in the cooling pool is 12 deg C.

There is no registration for special events conducted by sauna masters, i.e. sauna shows. Places at each show are limited, the order of entry is decisive. You will find the schedule of shows in the Events tab.

If you are looking for an exclusive space, book the VIP sauna. There you will find a sauna, a relaxation area with loungers and a shower. Ask at the saunarium reception for an offer.

SaunaPark Platinium is open from Monday to Sunday from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm.

Yes, it is possible to hire a towel at the sauna room reception. You can also purchase a towel, a pareo and a special sauna cap.

Of course! At SaunaPark Platinium you'll find two jacuzzis, a relaxation area with loungers and a chillout area with comfortable sofas. You are also welcome to visit our bar, where you can buy drinks, snacks and sauna accessories.

At the bar it is only possible to pay with the wristband you receive at the entrance. Only drinks and food purchased at the bar may be consumed in the sauna area.
